This strategic move integrates LiveRate’s hotel clients into THN’s already vast nexus, which includes over 19,000 properties globally. The acquisition is expected to significantly bolster THN’s presence in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) market, further solidifying its influence in the region.

Hotels that previously used LiveRate Compare will now have access to THN's advanced Price Comparison tool. This eliminates the need to look elsewhere for better offers by allowing prospective guests to view all available rates for their stay instantly on the hotel’s website.
With their Price Comparison tool, client hotels can now effectively highlight the exclusive advantages of booking directly through their websites. One of which includes automatic price monitoring and modification.
The company's tool is specifically made to help hoteliers monitor any changes in rate and uphold competitive pricing. The tool promises 100% accuracy in detecting rate discrepancies, plus it can also provide screenshots of specific user search results.
THN’s system can automatically adjust the hotel's direct rate during the booking process, to match the third-party pricing if it gets lower. This capability enables hotels to properly address any pricing inconsistencies.
Additionally, this strategy ensures customers get the most competitive rates while also showcasing the benefits of direct bookings.
